In-line Leak Detection
The in-line seal control system designed by Antares Vision Group performs non-destructive checks on 100% of production, ensuring food safety and final product quality. Utilising IR spectroscopy technology, the system detects holes or micro-holes in the packaging and/or seal by identifying any CO2 leaks from the package, all without altering line speed or the internal composition of the modified atmosphere.
