Following Enmin’s recent relocation to a larger factory, the company has expanded its range of services with a dedicated electrical services division to encompass all forms of electrical installation and maintenance.
Enmin already designs and provides electrical control and automation services for the food and allied industries, ensuring that it seamlessly integrates with new or existing materials handling lines and vibratory equipment.
The actual design and build of con
trol boxes and other electric interfaces were previously outsourced. However, Enmin will now be doing all that work in-house as well as being able to provide a far broader range of services. With PLC Control, AutoCAD electrical design, machine and process wiring, commissioning and maintenance, Enmin can now offer the complete package.
“We can now accommodate all electrical needs for a customer’s production line and associated plant and equipment, from design and build through to implementation. We can see first-hand a customer’s existing set-up and recommend any necessary updates or refinements to ensure they are to date with the latest production efficiencies,” said Enmin’s General Manager Anthony Gallaher.
“Our philosophy for the provision of electrical services is the same for all the equipment we sell and service. We carefully review a customer’s requirements and then tailor a solution to best match their specification and budget. Systems are designed with future requirements in mind to provide maximum flexibility and allow for expansion,” Mr Gallaher went on to say.
“An example of our where our expertise can be bought to bear is when we’re installing some new materials handling equipment and the customer wants to replace old wiring or upgrade other electrical components; we can now look after all that kind of work. We’re a one-stop shop that can offer a complete 360-degree service for all electrical work,” Mr Gallaher added.
These expanded services are not just restricted to Australian-made equipment.
“There are many pieces of non-branded equipment brought in from overseas and people are often at a loss when it comes to ensuring the electrical components work as intended and integrate with existing equipment. Our extensive experience with all makes and types of materials handling and packaging equipment will enable us to provide a solution to any kind of electrical challenge,” Mr Gallaher went on to say.
The company will also be undertaking electrical maintenance for customers including responding to urgent breakdowns and solving and repairing electrical faults.
“Expanding into offering a full range of electrical services was a natural progression for us.
